Erie Municipal is a non-towered airport meaning when we are ready to “get-on-the-go”, we don’t wait for ATC clearance like other airports such as Rocky Mountain Metro (KBJC). Experienced flying tours in the Front Range and Denver. Loves flying CO! Will give you a great, fun, safe time in the air. Super smooth pilot that really enjoys making your dream come true, taking care of your special event or wedding, or just having fun seeing Colorado in a helicopter.
Matt is a helicopter instructor with a passion for flying and an enthusiasm for teaching future pilots. When he’s not in a helicopter, you can often find him skydiving—he’s had more aircraft takeoffs than landings, since he’s landed under a parachute a few thousand times! A mountain lover, Matt feels right at home in Denver, sharing his love for aviation and the outdoors with everyone he meets.
Megan is our marketing coordinator at Front Range Heli, and a freelance marketer. She designed and manages our website, social media accounts, and is the person to chat with if you're interested in working with us. Whether she's in the office or not, you'll always find her outdoors with a camera in hand!
Jeri is a certified Flight Instructor and Instrument Instructor who brings a real-world experience to every lesson. When she's not teaching in the R44, she flies UH-60 Black Hawks on wildfire suppression missions or is out having fun skydiving.
Growing up in Germany, Johannes started his aviation journey flying fixed-wing aircraft in the alps before moving to the United States to pursue his passion for helicopters. Today, he works as a helicopter flight instructor at Front Range Heli, combining a strong safety mindset with a calm, hands-on teaching style and a genuine passion for aviation.
Thousands of hours focused on Safety, Commercial Ops, Training. Jet turbine, Long-line, Owner/Operator, Alaska and Off-Shore Oil Rig ops. Proven safety practices and Gold Seal CFI/CFII record.
Lilly has a Bachelor's in Aviation Leadership & Management from Southern Utah University. She is an aviation professional who prioritizes safety, precision, and thoughtful decision-making in every flight. With a respect for the discipline that comes with becoming a pilot, and a natural sense of curiosity, she brings a calm, focused presence to the cockpit. Lilly is driven by continuous learning and high standards, bringing an approachable and professional experience to every flight.
